Phae is a curated online shop. We select and sell lifestyle, beauty, self-care, home and gift products through this website.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, a listing contains an error, or payment cannot be verified. You'll be refunded in full if that happens.

Prices are shown in CAD and can change without notice. Product photos are representative; small differences in colour or packaging may occur.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. See our shipping policy for full details.

Our 30-day return policy applies as described on the Returns & Refunds page. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Don't misuse the site: no scraping for resale, no attempts to break security, and no fraudulent orders.
