Shipping policy

Every order is checked and packed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders made on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Standard delivery: 7–15 business days after your order ships.

Express delivery (where offered at checkout): 3–7 business days.

Delivery windows are estimates. Customs checks, weather and busy seasons can add a few days.

Flat rate shipping is $6.95 CAD.

Shipping is free on every order over $70 CAD.

Final shipping and any taxes are calculated on the secure payment page.

We currently ship to Canada, the United States and most of Europe.

You will receive a tracking number by email 1–3 business days after your order ships. You can also look up your order any time on our Track My Order page using your order number and email.

If your parcel has not moved for 10 days or arrives damaged, email phae.support@gmail.com with your order number and photos and we will make it right.
